Dear Tim, I bumped up against your blog from the Fr. Jake's website. I'm sorry to hear that the Bish removed the priest at Trinity. OH yeah, I'm originally from Maumee. Moved here to NY last June. Lordy, when will the diocese help Trinity get back on it's feet? My last visit to Trinity was the time the MudHen's Hen fell in the pool. I was hoping that wasn't a sign of things to come but it seems it may have been. As bad as things are at Trinity, at least the Diocese of Ohio is firmly Episcopalian. I'm in the belly of the beast in the diocese of Albany. We have a rogue bishop who is attempting to bolt the Episcopal Church. He actually has spies on the lookout for serious Episopalians who resist his thuggish ways. Six of them "infiltrated" a Via Media Albany meeting. Can you imagine Episcopalians being 'Orthodox' anything? That's what these guys are calling for. Orthodoxy, for heaven's sake! Good Queen Bet would turn in her grave.. Signing off, I'll be praying for Trinity.
